While constructing
a Web site for a business in a small seaside community, I had a list of
the twenty or so businesses associated with the area, most of them restaurants.
On the list was "BJ's Live Fish". In the back of my mind while working
on the site, I wondered what kind of restaurant would serve "live fish"
and wondered if it was like those places where you see live lobsters next
to the door as you walk in, except this was a sushi bar. You'd spot
some tasty-looking sanshui or kwatanka swimming around in
the fishbowl, point it out to the chef, and seconds later you're reaching
for the wasabi sauce.
Since they
didn't have their own Web site, I decided to whip up what my idea of a
Web page would look like for this type of restaurant.
