Most of these are part of a 'templates' kit by a company called AnfyTeam.  I bought it years ago and have used it a bunch.  Java Applets pale a bit now compared to the flashy Flash, but at the time this group was cutting-edge.

Note: some of these may not work if you've got your browser's 'Security' settings jacked up higher than normal, Java being one of the first things that gets kicked out.
